I visited PCC on xxx on last sunday(5/3/2012) and asked for free upgrade by using my platinum CCB card,But the staff said the promotion is end. Finally i just got tall sizecoffee with price $33.

Today I double check the promotion details and found it is still valid. Please clarify. if the promotion is not applicable in some shops. Please states it.
