I am card holder for over 10 years and from 3 years before I receive a letter saying that all payment could have 1% rebate, i think it's good. but just this week i received a letter saying that from 2009 it's deducted to 0.4%, so cheap! I consider to cut the card for this.

yes.. i got the letter too.
so i refuse the offer and want rewards point. 0.4% really is few
